CENTURY 21 Peak Acquires Assets of CENTURY 21 Prestige in Upland, California

CENTURY 21 Peak continues to advance its bold and strategic expansion plans by acquiring its second brokerage in the Inland Empire in two months and fourth in 12 months, making this the seventh CENTURY 21 Peak real estate office in Southern California

CENTURY 21 Peak (www.c21peak.com), a real estate brokerage company and one of the Peak Corporate Network group of companies (www.peakcorp.com) offering comprehensive real estate services nationwide, announced today the acquisition of Century 21 Prestige in Upland, Calif., as part of its bold five-year initiative to expand the company’s presence and market share throughout Southern California.

The announcement coincides with CENTURY 21 Peak’s roll-out of a revolutionary marketing tool that generates soup-to-nuts marketing for a listing within 24 hours of hitting the Multiple Listing Service.

This Upland office is CENTURY 21 Peak’s second acquisition of an Inland Empire brokerage in two months—increasing its rapidly-growing network of real estate professionals to more than 300 total agents. The office will continue to serve Upland, Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding cities from its office at 255 W. Foothill Blvd. in Upland.
